Maria is a bilingual (English/Spanish) hospitality operations specialist and founder of Krejci Comforts, a boutique STR management business. She has hands-on experience across the full guest journey: setup, listing optimization, guest communication, housekeeping coordination, vendor management, and day-to-day operations.
After building and operating a 12-property portfolio across Nashville and Orlando, she is now targeting hospitality-tech roles where operator experience improves implementation, customer support, and customer outcomes.
